A Message of Hope

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning

During this time of world wide crisis,  I wish I had the words of HOPE to help others who are suffering. We ALL are resilient and we WILL overcome this trying time fighting the Coronavirus. When you hear the news of the reported deaths remember that many are recovering.  When you get frustrated with being at home or with a loved one, remember that they are alive and with you. Sure, it is hard to be positive all the time. However, our mindsets are what will help each of us survive.  In my past, no matter when I was being abused or witnessed others experience horrible crimes against them, I didn't just give up. In a weird way, I knew this moment would pass. Viktor Frankl wrote about this experience of overcoming in his autobiography, Man's Search For Meaning.  I see so many people fighting and working together to end the Coronavirus. We must support, encourage, and make it a priority to take care of ourselves and others. This is our commitment as a family and to you.

“Forces beyond your control can take away everything you possess except one thing, your freedom to choose how you will respond to the situation.”
  Victor E. Frankl

Much compassion, positivity, and support to all!
